Goals are specific, measurable, and often time-bound objectives that you aim to achieve. They are more concrete and focused on particular outcomes or achievements within a certain time frame. They are the steps or targets you set to manifest your values or work towards a desired outcome.

Goals can be short-term or long-term and serve as checkpoints to help you progress in line with your values. For instance, a goal could be completing a marathon, earning a degree, or learning a new skill.

Now that we’ve taken time to look back on 2024, let’s spend time intentionally planning for 2025.
