Course FAQ

  • Begin by reflecting on your values, strengths, aspirations, and areas for growth. Consider what matters most to you and what you want to achieve.

Determine the key areas of your life you want to target, such as career, health, relationships, personal growth, or hobbies.

  • Specificity: Make goals as specific as possible. Instead of saying "exercise more," specify what that means: "Exercise for 30 minutes, three times a week."

Measurable: Ensure goals are measurable, allowing you to track progress. For instance, "Read 12 books in 2024" provides a measurable target.

Attainable: Set realistic goals that stretch you but are within reach. Consider your resources, time, and abilities when setting them.

Relevance: Align goals with your values, aspirations, and long-term objectives. They should matter to you personally and contribute to your overall vision.

Time-Bound: Assign a timeframe for achieving goals. For example, "Learn a new language by December 2024" creates a deadline.

  • Break down your goals into smaller milestones or checkpoints. Celebrate achievements along the way to maintain motivation.

Use visual aids like goal boards, progress charts, or vision boards to keep your goals in sight and stay inspired.

Share your goals with a trusted friend, mentor, or coach. Regular check-ins and support from someone invested in your success can boost accountability. If you don’t have someone, we’d be happy to work with you.

Regularly review your progress. If needed, adjust goals or strategies to stay on track and ensure they remain relevant.

Cultivate a positive mindset. Use affirmations and positive self-talk to reinforce your belief in your ability to achieve your goals.

Surround yourself with inspirational content, books, podcasts, or individuals that motivate you and align with your aspirations.

  • Values are the principles, beliefs, and standards that guide your actions and decisions in life. They represent what’s most important to you, acting as a compass that shapes your priorities and behaviors.

    How to Define Your Values:

    1. Think About What Matters Most
What makes you happy or proud? What upsets you? These feelings reveal your values.

    2. Look for Patterns
Write down moments when you felt good about life. What do they have in common?

    3. Choose Your Top Values
Use a values list if needed and pick 3–5 that feel most true to you.

Values like honesty, connection, or growth can guide your choices and bring clarity.
